Core 3d Core Models

Models have traditionally been made by manually pouring stones and gypsum into impressions. New digital technology allows the dentist or lab to scan the impression or the oral cavity and create the model on screen for design without the pouring process. However, the physical model is still required for final production of the porcelain. Core 3d will soon have the ability to create these models and return them with your case (without you having to pour them).

Titanium implant bar structure

Core 3d will soon be able to mill titanium bar structure for most common implant systems.

Chrome partial frameworks

Chrome Partial frameworks are still commonly prescribed in dental practices. However, as a time consuming and messy process, most laboratories subcontract or don’t offer these frameworks at all. Now, with soon to be available software, you will be able to send your designed frameworks to be manufactured in resin, to be tried in and then cast as per C&B, or direct to Chrome cobalt using laser sintering.
